This SLA will formalize the billable-opportunity standard: appropriate decision-maker or contact, agreed fit with practice areas and ideal client profile, a 10-minute minimum attended call or a legitimate next step, potential need for services, and exclusion of no-shows and previously billed reschedules. It will also define the reconciliation and dispute/review process referenced throughout the client portal, and the terms of the 60-Day Performance Guarantee.
