Qualified Client Opportunities for Texas Law Firms. No Monthly Retainer.
Peak Reach Partners builds and runs your done-for-you cold-email client-acquisition system. You cover a one-time setup fee, then pay a performance fee only when a qualified opportunity meets the agreed standard.
Intake & qualification
See if your firm qualifies for pay-per-meeting outbound
Boutique recruiting firms and 3PL logistics executives can schedule a short exploratory call. We review capacity, ICP, and whether a Performance Beta slot is a fit before any setup work begins.
Direct checkout is for clients who already know they qualify. Everyone else should apply first.
Most small firms depend on who happens to refer them next.
Referral-dependent growth is unpredictable. Peak Reach Partners was built to fix that.
- Pipeline dependent on referrals and word of mouth
- Paid ads or directory listings tried before, but never a dedicated outbound system
- No time, skill set, data process, or infrastructure to run outbound in-house
- Wasted time on unqualified leads and the wrong contacts
A done-for-you cold-email system built around qualified client conversations.
Peak Reach Partners handles:
Your job is simple: respond quickly, take qualified calls, follow up properly, and sign the client.
How it works
Submit your application. Peak Reach Partners reviews it against Performance Beta eligibility standards.
A short intake form plus a 5–10 minute onboarding call confirm your practice areas, ideal client profile, capacity, and differentiators.
Peak Reach Partners builds your dedicated sending infrastructure, prospect lists, and campaign messaging. Launch target: up to 14 days from payment and complete intake.
Multi-touch cold-email campaigns launch against your approved ICP and Texas territory.
Positive replies are qualified and booked directly onto your calendar, or scheduled to an agreed call window.
Billed only when an opportunity meets the qualification standard. No-shows are never billable.
Aligned incentives. No recurring retainer.
No recurring agency fee, ever, during the Performance Beta.
Covers the build and launch of your dedicated outbound infrastructure and campaign setup.
Per qualified opportunity that meets the agreed standard. A no-show is never billable.
If zero opportunities meet the qualification standard, no performance fees are due.
The one-time setup fee is paid before campaign build begins. Performance fees are billed only after an opportunity meets the agreed qualification standard.
What the Performance Beta includes
Sending domains, mailboxes, authentication records, and warming — provisioned and managed end to end.
Prospect lists built and verified against your ideal client profile and Texas territory.
Messaging built around your practice areas and positioning — one initial email plus two follow-ups per prospect.
Every opportunity is handed off as a direct calendar booking or a mutually agreed phone-call window.
The agreed qualification standard is applied before any opportunity is handed off or billed.
5 qualified opportunities within 60 days of launch, or Peak Reach Partners keeps running your campaign at no additional fee until they're delivered.
Managed directly by an operator with real B2B outbound execution experience — not handed off to a junior account manager.
This is not for every firm.
Peak Reach Partners only accepts firms that meet these standards:
Two Performance Beta partner slots.
Peak Reach Partners is intentionally limiting this stage to two Texas law firm partners — a real founder-led capacity limit. The campaign is managed directly by an operator with 3+ years of B2B sales experience and high-volume outbound calling experience. Capacity is capped to protect results.
The 60-Day Performance Guarantee
If Peak Reach Partners does not generate 5 qualified client opportunities within 60 days of campaign launch, Peak Reach Partners continues running the campaign at no additional service fee until 5 qualified opportunities have been generated. The clock starts on the live campaign launch date — not the payment date.
Client conditions required for the guarantee
- Complete the intake form and attend the onboarding call
- Provide accurate practice areas, ideal client profile, capacity, differentiators, and calendar availability
- Respond promptly to positive replies and accepted meeting requests
- Attend accepted calls or agreed call windows
- Keep the approved target market, offer, territory, and availability materially unchanged without a written agreement on the impact to the campaign
- Avoid pausing the campaign or becoming unavailable in a way that prevents follow-up or fulfillment — any such pause stops the guarantee clock
